Lewpitas, with a magnifying glass!

Lewpitas is an online sunglasses store, founded in 2019 as a thrift store, in response to a less relaxed, scarce and expensive glasses market.

Our passion for fashion, particularly for glasses, led Lewpitas to develop as a brand and today we are moving towards the creation of our first glasses of our own design.

The name, in Portuguese, is very suggestive: Lewpitas is a deliberate error and is pronounced "Lupitas", from "magnifying glass", as sunglasses are informally called in Brazil.

From the beginning, we were warmly welcomed and embraced by the Brazilian fashion community, recognized for a unique curation of vintage and retro glasses. We are in magazines such as ELLE Brasil, Portfolio, GQ Globo, among others and our collection has already been a strong collaboration in fashion shows such as São Paulo Fashion Week and productions by major brands and artists.

At the heart of Lewpitas is our mission to unite a meaningful community of young creatives and create new narratives. We selectively collaborate with creators and entrepreneurs we admire to build that community, celebrate and uplift voices, personal stories, unique perspectives, and ultimately the effort to make the world a more beautiful place.

Shipping, deadlines and values

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

All orders are processed within 3 business days, if urgent, please contact us! Any delay involving your order after it has been dispatched is the responsibility of the carrier and is beyond our control.

What prices, deadlines and carriers are available for my address?

The shipping cost is fixed and the available carriers are selected from DPD, Inpost and CTT depending on your region. For express shipping, please contact us.

Is it possible to track the tracking of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with shipping information. Take it easy! Sometimes carriers take time to update the tracking.

Which countries are served by Lewpitas?

We ship to European countries and worldwide to some locations. If your country is not covered by our list, please contact us to check availability.

Exchanges and returns

I didn't like my glasses, how do we proceed?

Lewpitas offers exchange/return in case of regret or defects. To request your exchange or return, the rules below must be followed:

  • The return must be requested within 07 (seven) days after receiving the package.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, with its labels and seals intact and accompanied by the invoice.

If everything is ok, then from now on it's simple. You just need to send a message to exchange or return your product. To do this, just follow the steps below:

  • Please contact us with your full name, order number and reason for exchange or return.

We will return your message with the shipping label file. With these documents printed, go to the indicated shipping company to send the package at the counter, free of charge.

Once we receive your product and check that it is in its original condition (without scratches, stains or any defect not previously described), we will contact you within 2 business days to confirm which option you would like to choose for your exchange or return.

We have three options available and all options are processed within three business days of contacting you:

  • Exchange for another product of the same value;
  • Purchase a gift voucher to buy other products on the website;
  • Full refund of the amount paid at no cost.

In the case of products below 15 euros, the cost of shipping will be charged to the customer.

NOTE: Refunds take up to 5 business days to be processed.
