Dior Couture. Not the diffusion line. Not a collaboration. The real thing — and it shows.
The Couture 2 is one of those Dior shapes that resurfaces on every "best vintage finds" list. Classic oversized silhouette built from Optyl — the ultra-lightweight acetate Dior pioneered in the '70s that made every other frame feel heavy. Worn by the kind of people who doesn't need to explain their taste.
Purple frames with rhinestone CD detailing on the outer temple. The kind of detail you only notice up close, which is exactly the point. Light black tinted lenses.
Condition: Very good. Worn but well kept. Minor surface marks consistent with age — nothing that affects the look when worn.
Authenticity: Inner temple stamped "Christian Dior Made in Italy CE Dior Couture 2 Optyl." Original Dior case included.

Basic care
Basic care
- Avoid contact with sea or pool water. They can stain the lenses and cause the metals in the frames to oxidize.
- When not using the accessory, keep it stored in the box or case in a cool place. Direct contact with the sun for a prolonged period can damage the frame material.
- Avoid contact with sunscreen or tanning lotion. The chemicals in these products can stain your sun lenses.
- Try not to wear sunglasses on your head, as this could distort the frames.
- Use eyeglass strings to prevent accessories from falling into the sand or water in the pool.
- Clean your sunglasses every day after use. The accumulation of particles over days at the beach and pool and contact with water and different chemicals can cause stains and scratches on the lenses.
